EPS S.p.A. - Egg Powder Specialist was born from Eurovo Group's long experience in the egg and egg product sector.
With EPS, the Group expands and specializes its production capacity, giving a new dimension to the manufacture of egg powder products.
The line includes a wide, diversified and high-performance range designed to meet the needs of the food industry, bakery, confectionery and technical preparations that require stability, safety and very high yield.
Eggs intended for shelling are stored in the warehouse. Each pallet is assigned a code that will allow traceability of the egg even after processing into an egg product.
After shell removal by mechanical egg-breaking systems, yolk and albumen, mixed or separated, flow into cooled storage tanks. From here, the raw product is taken out and sent to pasteurization; then, the pasteurized product is sent to the pulverization process, which takes place in three stages: concentration, evaporation and pulverization.
The pulverized egg product is then packaged in bags and boxes of 1, 5, 10 and 25 kg.
